Solo orca filmed killing Great White Shark

Port and Starboard, two Orcas, have been known for several years to kill Great White Sharks, and there has been a significant decline in shark numbers in this area as they stay away from the threat.

This news article from the BBC reports on footage showing Starboard hunting solo – not seen before – and killing and eating the sharks liver within 2 minutes.

I have mixed feelings about this as I admire both Orcas and Sharks and this is exactly where I enjoyed the privilege of watching Great Whites hunting seals back in 2016.
